Sourced by Stephanie Windsor, Patek Philippe's watch is part of the 'Ellipse' line - it's modeled after the principles of divine proportion and, therefore, naturally appealing to the eye. Dating back to the 1970s, it's cast from 18-karat gold and has an intricately woven bracelet. The 22mm case is illuminated by a border of sparkling diamonds, which appear as markers on the dial, too.
