How do I use it: Shake primer well. Sparingly apply a thin layer to freshly cleansed, dry skin. Remain expressionless. Product will dry within three to seven minutes. When your face feels pulled and tight, continue with makeup application. Primer work best on clean, dry skin. Allow other products to fully absorb and dry before application. Apply lip filler directly to clean, dry lips and on or around lip lines. A slight tingling after application is normal. Wait at least three minutes before applying any other lip products.
