How do I use it: With the open curler in hand, place it over the top lash line right at the root, ensuring you have all your lashes (and no skin) between the rubber pad and the metal rim so that every hair gets curled. You should feel comfortable and be able to blink in this position. Gently close the curler and squeeze for about five to 10 seconds. It should feel totally painless -- if it doesn't, start over and adjust your position. Wiggle the mascara's tightline brush deep within the roots of the lashes and slowly roll the wand between your thumb and forefinger, while continuing to wiggle/zigzag very slowly up to the tips. As you apply, slightly close the eye to help nudge the brush upwards. To apply mascara to the lower lashes, put your chin down and look up. It helps to make an "O" shape with your mouth, which stretches the skin downward for easier access to the lashes. Use the kohl eyeliner pencil end to line the eye.
