How to use: Can be used on a dry scalp or with oils and serums. There are three techniques to apply stimulation to your scalp: circling, stroking and tapping. - Circling is an accupressure technique. In each area of your scalp, circle clockwise 5-10x, then circle counterclockwise 5-10x- Stroking is a Gua Sha technique. Use the teeth of the tool to stroke in one direction 5-10x in each area- Tapping is an energizing technique that wakes of the qi of your blood. Tap along the Du energy line for as long as it feels good to you.
