Soothe your neck, back and shoulders with the calming comfort of this weighted wrap that can be heated in the mircowave or chilled in the freezer. The wrap uses heat-retaining Terraclay™ to deliver Deep Touch Pressure and thermotherapy to sore, strained muscles. How to use: To warm, heat the Calmer in the microwave (800–1000 watts) for 60 seconds inside the Terra Tote. Do not heat without the Terra Tote. Reheat in 30 second intervals to get the Calmer as warm as you'd like. For even heat distribution, rotate the Terra Tote 180º between each reheat. The warmth should last up to 1 hour.
